John Higgins guilty of being found at large in the Kingdom having been tried at the City of Worcester Assizes on 11th July 1761 for stealing a silver ½ pint mug (valued at 20/-), the property of Thomas Watkins, in the parish of St Swithan on 17th March 1761; found guilty and sentenced to transportation.
